Traditional Metal Braces, Ormco Prodigy Brackets

Traditional braces are standard metal brackets that are applied to your teeth with an adhesive and connected by wire. At New Braunfels Orthodontic Associates we use Ormco’s Prodigy | SL brackets. These traditional metal brackets require periodic tightening so pressure can gradually straighten your teeth and align your jaw. Metal brackets are by far the most common treatment option, however we do offer other treatments that are both faster and more customized for you. Feel free to ask us about adding colored braces as well.
